POSITIVES & NEGATIVES

Positives

  • Kane has 99 Finishing, Attack Position, Shot Power and Composure which makes him the perfect finisher, he is absolutely lethal in front of goal, he is extremely clinical with both feet

  • His passing ability is often overlooked due to his goal-scoring prowess, but it’s a skill that sets him apart from many other strikers in the game. His vision, precision and technique make him a valuable asset in build-up play and help create opportunities for his teammates

  • His strength and hold-up play are two of his most valuable assets as a striker. His ability to hold off defenders and bring his teammates into play is second to none, and it’s a skill that sets him apart from many other strikers in the game. His physical presence and technical ability make him a handful for any defines to handle

  • Hi aerial ability is second to none, and it’s a major asset to his team. His height and timing make him a threat in the air on both attacking and defensive set-pieces. He’s able to beat defenders in the air easily making him a nightmare for any defence to deal with

  • His 5-star weak foot is a valuable asset to his game. It means he’s equally comfortable striking the ball with both feet, which makes him unpredictable and difficult to defend against. His ability to score with both feet gives him an added edge when taking on defenders, and makes him a dangerous threat in and around the box.

  • He has good League and Nation links, making him easy to fit into your team and with the new Premier League TOTS players out there are a variety of squad building options.

  • (New Gen Only) He is Lengthy be default and this gives you flexibility when choosing chemistry styles for him.

Negatives

  • Kane only has 75 agility and 78 balance, this can be a disadvantage in certain situations on the pitch. While he possesses other strengths that make him a formidable player, his lack of agility can make him vulnerable to defenders who are quick on their feet. It also means that he may struggle to turn quickly or change direction when faced with tight spaces or crowded defences.

  • He only has 3* skill moves, this is problematic as most of the meta skill moves require 4* skill moves at a minimum.

  • He also does not have the Finesse Shot trait, this isn’t a huge issue however it would be considered a good addition to the card.

IS HE BETTER THAN? – 5* Weak Foot Strikers

TOTS Haaland – 6.10m

  • Haaland has better Pace, Physicality and 4* skill moves, whereas Kane has better Shooting and Passing. The two cards are very similar and is difficult to pick between the two.

  • Who would I choose, and why?

    • Both cards are very similar and have slight advantages over each other, so it will depend on which slight advantage needed. This one is a tie for me.

TOTS Akpom – 655K

  • Akpom is quicker with better dribbling, however Kane has better Shooting and far superior passing. For those who want a quicker and more agile striker then Akpom would likely be a better choice, however for a more clinical target man than Kane is the option.

  • Who would I choose, and why?

    • I would choose Kane, because he is the more clinical striker.

Fantasy FUT Isak – 315K

  • Isak is slightly quicker with better dribbling, however Kane is superior when it comes to shooting, passing and physicality. Isak however 4* skill moves whereas Kane only has 3* skill moves.

  • Who would I choose, and why?

    • I would choose Kane, because of how clinical he is in comparison to Isak

TOTS Moments De Jong – 70K (SBC)

  • De Jong is what I would consider a ‘cheap Kane’, he is a little quicker than Kane and has 4* skill moves but other than that Kane is far superior.

  • Who would I choose, and why?

    • I would choose Kane, as he is simply the far superior card

RATINGS

VERDICT

Harry Kane is one of the top strikers in the game he is an absolutely elite finisher. His physical strength is one of his greatest assets, making him a nightmare for defenders to deal with. He’s able to hold the ball up and create space for himself and his teammates, and his aerial ability is second to none. Kane’s 5-star weak foot is another major advantage, as it means he’s equally adept with both feet, giving him even more options when he’s on the ball.

Kane’s passing ability is also a strength, and he’s able to create scoring opportunities for his teammates as well as put the ball in the back of the net himself.

However, Kane does have some weaknesses. His agility and balance ratings are low, making him vulnerable in situations where he needs to turn quickly or change direction.

Despite these weaknesses, Kane is still a formidable player who has proven himself time and again on the pitch. His physical presence, aerial ability, passing skills, and 5-star weak foot make him a dangerous player.

For 180K he is an absolute bargain, as when you compare him to the players of his similar ability his is significantly cheaper than all of them.

Kane is easily a SPEND, and I would recommend anyone to try him out as I am confident you will be impressed with him.
