Cards upgrade if their assigned pro earns a certain amount of points, comes top 4, or win the open.

When do FC Pro upgrades happen?

Upgrades normally drop 24-72 hours after milestones are confirmed by EA.

Can FC Pro cards get multiple upgrades?

Yes, up to 6 upgrades are available.
