The Best Players for the Relentless Meets Radioactive Evolution
EA have released a brand new evolution and we are going to cover everything you need to know about it, including who are the most popular players to evolve as well as some players who are worth checking out and to finish it off a few bonus evolution combinations which combine multiple evolutions chained together.
Firstly, the cost of this evolution is 100K coins or 500 FC Points to complete and the evolution expires in 4 weeks’ time. It is important to consider this when selecting a player for this evolution.
The requirements and the upgrades which your player will receive are as follows:
As you can see, there is a position requirement for this evolution, this position is LB. Eligible players must have either a main or alternative position of LB, however it is important to note that the player cannot have an alternative/main position of either a CB or CDM in order to be eligible.
The most notable thing about this evolution is that the player which you evolve will receive the chemistry bonus of a Radioactive player, meaning they will start with +2 chemistry (see image below)
Also, this evolution boosts your players pace by +10, a +1 to their Weak Foot and gives you the Relentless PlayStyle+.
The most popular choices for this evolution are:
Acuna is one of the most popular choices, the main reason being he is 85 rated which is the maximum rating you can put into the evolution. Acuna’s low pace is usually what stops people from using him, so the +10 boost is really beneficial, I would say he would be best utilised a CDM.
McCabe is another popular choice, the +10 pace boost takes her to 90 pace with a very well rounded card, so she ends up with a 4* skill moves and weak foot and looks to be a very solid player.
Ona Battle is also one of the most popular choices, very similar to Mcabe in the fact that she gets a very well rounded boost and the 89 pace makes her very competitive. The +1 weak foot boost means she also ends up with a 5* weak foot which is key as this will allow her to play left back or right back.
Here are a few other players that are worth checking out:
Smal gets an honourable mention this is due to going to 90 pace, again with a very well rounded card. Just like all of the mentions here really, its player with good pace and good defending abilities.
Gwinn also gets an honourable mention, she has High/High work rates and 90 Pace and can also play RB so she gives you good options.
And finally, here are a few evolution combinations which are worth checking out:
Tomiyasu’s 78 rated card can be taken to an 84 with two evolutions, he has a 5* weak foot and can play either LB or RB and is from the Premier League so he has good links. Overall I don’t think this card gets into many peoples teams, however he’s not a bad choice.
Henrichs’s 78 rated card can be taken to an 84 rated card with two evolutions, this card gets a good pace boost with a very well rounded card and also has a 5* weak foot, also as he is from the Bundesliga and German he gets good links.
Kimpmebro’s Conclusion
Overall, after thorough research I don’t think that there is an option which is worth the amount the evolution costs, therefore personally I will likely not complete this evolution. However, if I was to choose a player from who is available I would likely choose McCabe, she seems like the best option.
