Serie A Team of the Season Tierlist
Entering EAFC 25 Ultimate Team is the Serie A Team of the Season. 19 TOTS items and four TOTS Moments cards have joined the pack pool which means they are now obtainable in FC 25. With so many cards entering the Ultimate Team ecosystem, it can be difficult to grasp how good certain cards are.
To break down the most effective cards to use, Johnny has created a tier list showing what the best Serie A TOTS cards available are. Johnny is FUTWIZ’s analyst and coach, so using his expertise, he told us what the most meta cards are to use.
The tier list has four tiers (S, A, B, C) with cards in the S tier being the most meta and effective items and cards in the C tier being not as usable or less effective.
Johnny’s Tierlist
S Tier
Bastoni – Tall, fast with Pinged Pass+ and Anticipate+. Every reason to be a top-level CB.
Retegui – 5 star, 5 star, tall and fast. Finesse Shot+ and Low Driven Shot+ are the 2 best shooting PlayStyles for a striker.
A Tier
Orsolini – 5 star skills, Finesse Shot+, Technical+ and Quick Step+. Very solid winger and even has silver Trickster for the people who like to do the Trickster fake shot. 4 star weak foot is not great.
Barella – Pinged Pass+, Technical+ and really good defensive silver PlayStyles. Versatile CM. Doesn’t even have silver Tiki Taka.
McTominay – Finesse Shot+, Long ball+ and Intercept+ are all fantastic PlayStyles to have at CM. He’s very tall too so probably a beast. Doesn’t even have silver Pinged Pass.
Reijnders – Incisive+, Long Ball Pass+ and Tiki Taka+ are all incredible playstyles. One of the best creative CMs on the game in my opinion. His previous cards feel great in game. Has no defensive PlayStyles.
Buongiorno – Good height, Anticiapte+ and Aerial+. Not much wrong with this card, the only thing you could say is you might want your CB to have 5 star weak foot.
De Gea – One of the best GKs on the game. With most of the top-level strikers on this game having Finesse Shot+ and Low Driven Shot+, he has the right gold playstyles to counteract that.
B Tier
Kean – Low Driven Shot+ and Rapid+ are good to have at ST. 4 star skill moves, no Quick Step silver is just not as good as other strikers.
Di Lorenzo – Well-rounded full-back. Just has some poor Playstyles+, and better full-backs on the game.
Zaccagni – Rapid+ and Technical+ are good to have. 4 star weak foot and no shooting PlayStyles+.
Pulisic – Finesse+ and Incisive+ are good. Not even silver Quick Step on the wing is poor. 4 star skills are also not good enough.
Locatelli – Long ball+ and Anticipate+ are quality PlayStyles. Not even silver Incisive Pass is not ideal with how the game is played. Not the highest stats in the world either.
Yildiz – Finesse+ and Rapid+ are good for a winger. 4 star weak foot and is just quite low rated so there are better players out there.
Thuram (ST) – Low Driven Shot+ and Quick Step+ are a nice combo to have. 4 star skill moves and not even got Rapid silver.
Thuram (CM) – Pinged Pass+ and Intercept+ are ideal for CM. Lack of passing PlayStyles. 4 star ,4 star is just behind the curve.
Nico Paz – Finesse Shot+ and Incisive Pass+ are incredible PlayStyles for a CAM. Not even silver Long Ball Pass and only has 4 star skills.
C Tier
Dimarco – Small full-back with some poor PlayStyles+. Only one defensive PlayStyle.
Lukaku – Will feel like a bus in game. 4 star skill moves and not even silver Rapid.
Lookman – Only has 1 top-level gold PlayStyle. Only has 4 star weak foot and has no shooting PlayStyle+.
Rrahmani – Low rated, too slow and doesn’t even have silver Anticipate which is a red flag at centre back.
Ndicka – Not even silver Aerial, very bad PlayStyles+ and doesn’t have gold Anticipate.
Adams – 4 star weak foot with poor PlayStyles+ and not even got Rapid silver or Low Driven Shot silver.
