FUT 19: Bundesliga POTM Predictions - April
Let’s discuss Bundesliga POTM for April. Last POTM of the year, so let’s try to make it a decent one, shall we?
A lot of candidates, but no clear favorite in my eyes
Let’s start.
Ishak Belfodil. What a month for Algerian striker. Scored 5 goals in 4 games and gave 1 assist. He probably deserves POTM the most, as he surprised everyone with his form in March-April. Also would be on a Kruse level in terms of price and it’s a good sign imo.
Chances of POTM: 40%
Tips for investing:
Bundesliga squad: 83-85 rated squad with few Hoffenheim players in it and probably 1-2 IFs.
Algerian squad: 82-84 rated squad. Same as previous, but with Algerian player and IFs. Not much
April goals
Worth investing? I really don’t know if you can invest into him. Basically buy few 83-84 from BundesligaHoffenheim?
Estimated cost: 50k. Not much, just another cheap POTM.
Timo Werner
Great month for Timo. 3 goals in 5 games + 1 assist. Really stepped up when it mattered for Leipzig. Great month for Leipzig and they secured UCL spot.
Chances of POTM: 40%
Tips for investing:
Would be quite expensive POTM IMO. Keep in mind that he’ll probably be a candidate for TOTS, but still would be insane card. Keep in mind: His Headliner won’t be upgraded.
85-87 Bundesliga squad
85-87 Squad with Leipzig player
85-87 Squad with Stuttgart player
And few IFs here and there.
Worth investing? Wouldn’t invest in him. Just because not sure if he’ll get nominated or not.
Estimated Cost: 400-500k. Should be close to his Birthday card.
Serge Gnabry is the 3rd candidate for me this month. Sege recorded 3 goals and 2 assist in 4 games. He wasn’t named MOTM that often, but overall he and Bayern had a solid month expect 1 game. He was good in Der Klassikier, he was good vs Fortuna, he was the best vs Nuernberg. He should be a good card and candidate in my eyes.
Chances of POTM: 20%
Tips for investing:
84-86 rated Squad with Bayern player
84-86 rated Squad with German player
84-86 rated Squad with WerderHoffenheim players
And few IFs here and there
Worth investing? Another candidate than can possibly get TOTS. Depends on position and price – he still should be a good card (if he wins).
Estimated cost: 200-300k. Should be a cheaper than Werner. Good winger, with 44 Skill and WF and possibly a great boost towards his TOTS.
There are not many more candidates, I think Halsteberg should be also nominated, because he and RB had a strong month. But dunno about his chances for a win.
I have no idea who will get POTM, but Beldofil would be the most deserving one.
