FIFA 23: Team of The Week Predictions - Week 24
Hello, hello, how low. Another TOTW Predictions and this week shouldn’t be as exciting as previous one, but still should deliver some nice fodder and maybe some people will be excited over some players, so let’s see what and who we’ll get.
This week should give us finally good TOTW GK. Donnarumma performed amazingly for PSG, got 9 for a win over Nice – I rarely see 9 from GK in Ligue 1, but here we are. He should be nailed on and probably will be the best card in TOTW.
Apart from him – Chukwueze put on a clinic against Real Madrid in 3-2 win and even recent Birthday card shouldn’t matter. It’s a must for him to get an IF. Matheus Nunes scored wonderful winning goal for Wolves vs Chelsea in important game for their safety. Speaking about safety in PL – Olise with insane performance for Crystal Palace with 3 assists in 5-1 win over Leeds United in 6 pointer. Roy Hodgson – you magic man. I’m including Grealish for another great performance. Last week was a bit too soon, but maybe this week should be enough? Let’s see. Ogbonna for a good performance in another important win for West Ham.
Moving away from Premier League to Bundesliga: De Ligt with wonderful goal for Bayern in 1-0 win and Thuram with 1 goal and 1 assist in 2-0 win for Borussia Monchengladbach. Oh and also Florian Wirtz with amazing performance in another Leverkusen win, now vs Frankfurt.
Few notable mentions from Serie A with 2 good performances from Rome clubs: Smalling with great performance in 1-0 win over Torino and Zaccagni with wonderful performance vs Juventus in very important 2-1 win for Lazio. Oh, and also Ochoa with one of the best GK performances over last month in 1-1 draw vs Inter. He did all he could and saved Salernitana’s point.
There are few performances from minor leagues, like Jota from Celtic with great performance in a win vs Rangers in Old Firm. Aboubakar with good performance for Besiktas, Bouanga with another hat-trick for LAFC and Trincao for 3 goals for Sporting.
Enjoy your reds, hopefully rewards will be good for you.
