Hello and welcome to another TOTW Predictions. We might get one of the better TOTWs we’ve got this year and it should have actually usable cards!
Let’s see… Main highlights are 2 La Liga strikers. Lewa started on Saturday with 2 goals and 1 assist, Benzema continued with 3 goals in 7 minutes on Sunday. Leao had an insane performance vs Napoli with 2 goals and smiles all around Milan. Grealish destroyed Liverpool with 1 goal and 1 assist. Probably his best performance in Man City shirt.
Thomas Muller did what he does best – played well in very important game. He scored 2 goals and got a big W for Tuchel’s first game in Bayern.
There were a lot of good performances in Premier League: Trippier played well for Newcastle in crucial game vs Manchester United and got 1 assist and Clean Sheet. Emi Martinez had a great performance vs Chelsea and sacked Potter with clean sheet in 2-0 win. Gabriel Jesus scored 2 goals straight after injury. Oh, and also Aguerd with a crucial goal for West Ham in relegation battle vs Southampton.
Some other notable performances: Facundo Medina got 8 from L’equipe and should get a very good SIF, Gini Wijnaldum played very well for Jose Mourinho and scored 1st goal vs Sampdoria in 3-0 win. More from Serie A: Bonaventura scored clutch goal vs Inter and continued their misery. Posch scored a wonderful goal and should equal his previous special card.
Oh and Nathan Redmond (bet you forgot that he still plays) with the best performance of the weekend with 1 goal and 3 assists in 1 half vs Fenerbahce. Mad game by him. They need to transplant his hair for that performance for free.
