FIFA 23: Team of The Week Predictions - Week 17
Hello and welcome to another week of our TOTW Predictions. We’ve got a good result last week with 18 right picks, was sad that I missed on 2 obvious picks – we’d get one of the best results ever. Also last TOTW was actually good one, so let’s hope this one won’t disappoint.
Based on my predictions – we should see a banger. Of course, main highlight is Alisson. Nah, but for real – Mbappe with 2 goals and 1 assist in insane game vs Lille in 4-3 win. 8 by L’equipe which is very good too. He should get it and he should make people play WL.
Apart from him I have – Bruno for 2 assists vs Leicester to Rashford, but Bruno legit felt like MOTM. Rating says it too. Immobile came back from injury like he never left with 2 goals in important game for Lazio. Alisson, as I mentioned before – has a chance. He had a good game vs Newcastle and saved Liverpool few times. Leno is other option from Premier League with insane performance vs Brighton and he should get his SIF. Also there’s a possibility of Perin instead of Alisson as he had a good game for Juventus in 2-0 win!
In defense it was hard. Medina got also 8 from L’equipe, Sosa scored an important goal for Stuttgart and Tavernier got 2 goals for Rangers. In midfield – Tsygankov with a good game for Girona, JWP for that FK vs Chelsea, Szobo for another good game for Leipzig this season.
There are some gems on bench that should get a nice TOTW, especially if they’ll get Featured TOTW – for example Kone from Borussia Monchengladbach for a win vs Bayern (as Hofmann can’t get SIF so soon).
Overall people won’t care, as long as there’s Mbappe. If there’s Kylian – then TOTW is good. So let’s hope we’ll get him and you’ll pack him in rewards for 11 wins.
