FIFA 22 Team of The Week Predictions: Week 21
Hello and welcome to week 21 of our TOTW Predictions. Okaaaaaaay, let’s gooooo.
I thought last week was bad, but at least it had very clear star in it. Mane was chosen as main player and it was deserved one. This week is going to be hard. Not in terms of predictions – I had my fun, players were picking themselves nicely. But overall TOTW looks very sad for those of you who play WL religiously (like me).
So. First things first: I’m not including Ben Yedder, Mbappe or Giroud. Reasons: Ben Yedder wasn’t MOTM, Disasi was. Mbappe just came off TOTY – so I went with Danilo who scored 2 goals (Messi excluded for the same reason) and Giroud just got Moments, so I went with Maignan, who was performing for Milan with heart and soul. He saved them a lot of times and he deserves to get IF. He’s performing on insane level for Milan and he’s one of main reason why Milan in title race still.
Let’s move to other selections:
I included Zakaria from Juve. I know that he has low chance of getting it – but I needed to make this TOTW at least more likable. Would enjoy his HL to get upgrade, so we’ll get nice Serie A CDM. Other possible upgrade for Headliner – Candreva. He got 2 assists and 1 goal in 4-0 win vs solid Sassuolo side, which was very suprising result.
Jonathan Tah for BVB smashing and his wonderful goal. Alba for Atletico Madrid smashing and his wonderful goal. Tarkowski for a solid game vs mighty Watford. Ansesio for wonderful goal vs Granada that managed to get a victory for Real Madrid in very tough game.
Talisca had a good game with 2 goals and 1 assist in 4-1 win. Talisca in very good form and his OTW will look very decent, even for February.
Milik scored 3 goals for Marseille on Friday and managed to get them 3rd place and they look safely there. Phew. What a week, right?
But the real highlight: BOBBY GLATZEL FOR 4 GOALS VS 2.BUNDESLIGA LEADERS DARMSTADT. WE LOVE YOU, BOBBY.
