FIFA 22 Team of The Week Predictions: Week 16
Hello and welcome to week 16 of our TOTW Predictions. Okaaaaaaay, let’s gooooo.
Another good result last week, but that was expected as there were not a lot of games to play for TOTW. We’ll try to continue this week with good result and it’s a perfect opportunity with really low amount of games. Only La Liga and Prem from main leagues are being played, so choosing TOTW was fun and painful at the same time. This is the TOTW I enjoy doing and hate doing at the same time. For main reason: not a lot of choice, so finding players isn’t that hard, but not enough players at the same time.
This TOTW isn’t looking amazing due to few factors: Real Madrid losing, Chelsea not winning, Liverpool drawing and having delayed and other big clubs not performing to the highest level. So TOTW will be average, despite having most players from PL.
Let’s see what we have here:
We have a lot of Argentinian players: Correa scored 2 for Atletico Madrid in important game vs Rayo, Mac Allister scored 2 goals for Brighton in 3-2 win over Everton and also was good vs Chelsea, Banega had a good game in Saudi League and Lanzini scored 2 goals for West Ham in 3-2 win over Palace.
There were also a lot of good Spanish performers: Aspas netted 2 goals vs Real Betis, Rodri scored a winner vs Arsenal, Pique was good for Barca in 1-0 win over Mallorca, Pau Torres was good for Villarreal in 5-0 trashing of Levante. Of course, David Soria performed well vs Real Madrid and should get an IF.
Other highlights: Kasper Schmeichel saving pen vs Liverpool and keeping clean sheet, Davinson Sanchez scoring 95th minute winner, Scotty McSauce scoring 1 goal vs Burnley. That’s probably it from highlights? Paulinho scored 3 for Sporting, Dallas scored a winner vs Burnley, Moutinho scored a winner vs United. Yeah, that’s it.
Not the best TOTW, as I’ve said, but I’m hoping for Featured IF Davinson Sanchez so he’ll be ultra good card.
Good luck with your packs.
