Hello and Welcome to Serie A Player of The Month Predictions for November month.

If we compare it to other leagues – it’s easier to write than other leagues, because there were other candidates, just because there were a lot of good performances this month.

I’m covering 3 players, as I done for October, because we still don’t know how many nominees are announced and there’s no point of showing 6 players.

Even tho I’ll name few more players than 3, for example – we’re starting with Antonio Candreva. Candreva had a very decent month in which Sampdoria lost 2 games and won 2 games and climbed from relegation zone to the 15th place. Candreva is one of the best players in Serie A this season and this month wasn’t an exception for that. He scored a goal vs Salernitana in 2-0 win, got 1 goal and 1 assist vs Hellas Verona and got an assist in 3-1 loss vs Sampdoria. Overall, if Candreva will win – he’d be 86 rated card with some decent stats for 3 at the back formation, but overall he’d be a fodder for most of people. He’d be worth around 30k, maybe a bit more, but shouldn’t be more than that.

Next up I have Inter player: Hakan Calhanoglu had a very good November, not only in Serie A, but also during international break. Calhan got 1 goal and 1 assist in important win over Napoli (3-2), got a goal vs Venezia in tough game (2-0) and scored a penalty in a draw vs his ex club Milan in derby (1-1). Calhan fitted nicely in Inter team, and replace Eriksen well. Calhan in FUT is very strange card. I think he’s quite alright for a CAM with few upgrades, if he’ll get those, but people wouldn’t use him, despite him having 2 nice links (Barella+Vidal). So yeah, if Calhan wins – he’ll be 86 rated card would worth around 50k coins or a bit more.

Next one I have superstar from Serie A – Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina. Man on a mission for another season. 12 goals and 2 assists in 15 games and his November was fine too. He started month pretty quietly vs Juventus in 1-0 defeat, but then ramped up and went on a goalscoring streak. He scored 2 goals and got 1 assist vs Milan in 4-3 win, got 1 goal in 2-1 defeat vs Empoli and scored on the last day of the month in 3-1 win over Sampdoria. Dusan will for sure get transfer next season for a bigger club, but this season going to be a fun one, if he continues like this. Last year was good for him, this year he’s cementing himself in the top level. If he’ll get POTM – he’d be 86 rated card and would worth around 50k, sadly as he’s not really usable. But maybe he’ll get a winter upgrade this year and he’s going to be better. Fiorentina having one of the better seasons in Serie A in recent history and actually challenging European spots and Dusan one of the main reasons for that.

And the last player that I wanted to mention and main favorite for POTM is Mario Pasalic from Atalanta. They won 4 out of 4 games this month and actually challenging for a title, or at least trying to do that and they sit well ahead of 5th place in UCL zone. Main reason for this successful month is Mario Pasalic. Mario went and did some madness this month. He started with important goal vs Cagliari in 2-1 win, then he scored 2 goals and got 1 assist vs Spezia in 5-2 win, he was quiet vs Juventus, but Atalanta won that game 1-0. And on the last day of the month he went and scored 3 goals vs Venezia. So, in total, he scored 6 goals this month and got 1 assist. That’s by far the best result this month and he should easily win an award. He’d be 86 rated card with some decent stats, but similar to Candreva he’s not really usable. He’d be LW with low pace and probably decent other stats, so maybe if you didn’t complete Gosens – you could get him and he’ll be you midfielder after swapping some players in game. He’d be worth around 40k I think, he shouldn’t be worth than that in my mind.

Last team that I should mention is Bologna. They won 3 out of 4 games last month, kept 3 cs in 4 games and overall are now 7th in table, which is really surprising to me. Sinisa Mihailovic doing some magic this season and Bologna looking good. I’d say any of Skorupski – Svanberg – Arnautovic can get nominated and win an award. My pick is Skorupski. He kept 3 cs and was really good in net. If he wins – he’d be 84 rated card with some decent stats and that would be 2nd Poland high rated GK in Serie A. Doubt that he has a chance to win an award, but still felt like I should mention him.

Overall: It’ll be Pasalic. I don’t think that there’s any other option. Too good of a month to ignore. Another Cheap Serie A POTM, but it is what it is. Maybe someone will actually use him and enjoy. We still wait for POTM better than Koulibaly and it’s hard to get one yet.
