FIFA 22: Player of the Month Predictions - Premier League October POTM
Hello, hello, hello, how low. This is November and I’m ready to present you POTM Predictions for October for Premier League.
Well. To me it’s a bit useless, as winner is already known, even before announcing nominees. But let’s cover some players and teams that played well over this month.
Last month surprisingly to me was won by Cristiano Ronaldo, so we had very expensive POTM. This month will probably be close to that.
Let’s start from the bottom of my ratings and move to top. First up I have Michael Olise from Crystal Palace. Palace had a very good month overall and finished the month with banger: win vs Manchester City away from home. Olise played part in 3 out of 4 games: 1 goal in 2-2 draw against Leicester and 1 assist in 2-2 draw vs Arsenal. He got an assist vs Manchester City and overall was a main man from Palace to me. I mean any Palace player can get nominated, but I thought that Olise was most consistent one. His SBC would be really cheap, around 50k, and would be 82 rated card. Cheap and nice, but no one really interested.
Next player is Declan Rice from West Ham. WHU are in form, they are playing very well and every player in their team perform at a good level. Declan Rice stood out for me: MOTM vs Spurs, MOTM vs Aston Villa, kept a CS vs Everton and played well in loss vs
Next one is Edouard Mendy. Mendy is one fine man. He actually surprised me a lot last season and this year he continues to impress me. He kept 3 Clean sheets this month in 4 games. Performed at amazing level vs
Then I have Phil Foden who had very impressive month, apart from 1 game. He got a lot of praise for a game against Liverpool at the start of the month, where he scored a goal. Was a good performance, then he played okay vs Burnley and then had a fantastic performance vs
Now let’s move to big 2 that I have in my predictions. IMO only 1 winner, but 2nd player came very close in my imagination poll.
Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal had fantastic month: he got 2 goals and 1 assist this month (only), but overall he was really impressive for Arsenal. I mean, overall Arsenal were really impressive this month: 2 wins and 2 draws, with a good result against Aston Villa and Leicester. Smith Rowe would be 87 rated card with some nice stats and would worth around 50–100k. IDK how much exactly, but his stats wouldn’t be as bad as on previous cards and he’d look rather useful. Ramsdale has also a chance at POTM he’d be either 83 or 86 or just 85 rated card. It depends if he’ll get an IF or not.
Next up is Mohamed Salah. Sensational month for Egyptian player, I mean 5 goals and 4 assists in 4 games. These numbers are out ofthis world. He’ll get his POTM and he’ll be 92 rated already in November. It’ll be one hella expensive POTM tho. His SIF worth around 700-800k coins, depending on platform and I expect his POTM to be around 1 million coins. Don’t know if it’s worth completing him due to his great form and potential another IF rather soon, but you do you. He had an amazing month and will get this POTM.
Chances of POTM: 99,9%
Overall, pretty close month apart from Salah. It will be Salah, but some cards would be alright POTMs for a month or two. Think twice before completing Salah, because as I’ve said above – he can get another one rather soon.
