FIFA 21 Team of the Week Prediction: Week 2
Hello and welcome to week 2 of our TOTW Predictions powered by Score More With Xbox!
What. A. Weekend. So many surprising results, so many good performances in every league, absolutely spoilt for choice when it comes to attackers – I’ve got around 40 wingers for TOTW and not a lot of defenders to choose from.
Let’s do it.
So lets start with the main highlights of this week, Lewandowski smashing 4 goals past Hertha and winning game for Bayern, Haaland scoring 2 goals and assisting 1 for BVB, Neymar doing the same for PSG.
In the Premier League we had an absolute madness: Aston Villa winning 7-2 over Liverpool and I’ve included two players from Villa for that, Spurs won 6-1 over Manchester United and I’ve gone with Son for that match, after he scored twice and picked up an assist. James Rodriguez did the same for Everton, Ben Chilwell had a great game for Chelsea with 1 goal and 1 assist and we’ve had few other results that may give us some nice and interesting IFs, like Cresswell from West Ham for 2 assists from CB position against Leicester.
In Serie A – Atalanta is the main highlight as per usual: another 5 goal game, 3rd game in a row with at least 4 goals scored, and I’ve chosen Pasalic for 1 goal and 1 assist. Few games were postponed and that’s why we won’t see many Serie A players. We could still see one crazy overpowered player make it though, Theo Hernandez could get an IF for goal and MOTM in Milan victory.
In La Liga – Courtois again performed well for Real Madrid and we could potentially see POTM Courtois again if he continues his form.
Apart from Neymar, Ligue 1 could give us a Renato Sanches IF, after he picked up a nice rating on L’equipe and put in a good performance overall.
Good luck in packs, hopefully you’ll get someone good. Also this is the week of release of full game and First OTW squad in packs too. We might see some OTWs get IFs, like James Rodriguez or Ollie Watkins, for example. Maybe even Ben Chilwell.
