FIFA 21: Player of the Month Prediction - Premier League November POTM
New Month – New POTM. Let’s discuss POTM for November in Premier League.
Kinda interesting month. I think the winner is kinda obvious, but when was making predictions – I noticed 2nd candidate who has a legit chance to win an award too.
I think it’s 2 horse race between Bruno Fernandes and James Ward-Prowse. Both midfielders were crucial to theirs teams good month.
Apart from those 2 there will be at least 4 more options and I’ll explain who I’ve chosen. Again, it’s Prediction, so I might miss some players and you’ll tell me about that in comments.
Now let’s move to Top Candidate.
Bruno Fernandes. He had a very good month for Manchester United, even despite United losing to Arsenal – United won 3 games in a row and Bruno managed to register 4 goals and 2 assists in those games. Bruno was a true leader of United and his character helped United to make a comeback in a game against Southampton too.
In terms of FUT – he’ll be one really good card. He already had 2 IFs, so his POTM would be 90 rated and will have some great stats for CAMCM position. 44 stats and Portugal links will make his card even more desirable.
Chances of POTM: 60%
Tips for investing:
As I’ll say in different articles – I doubt that it’s worth investing in POTMs. Simply because PL POTM should be released in 2nd week of December and FUTMAS should start a bit later. But if you want to invest in something: go for some Bruno links that are popular in FUT. All of them should rise a bit.
Worth investing? Depends if you believe in Bruno winning an award.
Estimated cost: 750k-900k. His SIF worth around 600-650k depends on a console. So I expect a really pricey POTM, even in last FUT Bruno cards were really expensive.
James Ward-Prowse. JWP had a very good month, like whole Southampton, despite losing game vs Manchester United. 2 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss. JWP had 3 goals, 2 assists. Overall he scored some bangers this month and people are starting to name his freekicks – Beckham-esq.
Chances of POTM: 30%
Tips for investing:
Forget about investing for this card
Worth investing? No
Estimated cost: 50-70k. His price should be around that. His IF is really cheap, so his POTM would be around that price, in terms of FUT it’d be decent CM card, but nothing exceptional apart from passing.
Let’s cover some other candidates too:
Diego Jota would be 85 rated card, I wouldn’t nominate him usually, but fans everywhere dreaming of special Jota card, so let’s look at some possible card. He would worth around 100-120k.
Edouard Mendy had an instant impact on Chelsea, managed to keep 2 CS in 3 games and overall was really solid for them. I nominate him 2nd time in a row, so he’s really good. His card would be around 50k or so.
Harry Kane would be 90 rated card and he’d be under 150k. He’s really good IRL, but in FUT no one would use this card. There’ s a Rulebreaker card of him that much more desirable too. IRL he got 2 goals and 1 assist in 4 games. Also had overall nice month.
Kevin De Bruyne would be 92-93 rated card. Depends on if he’ll get an IF during TOTW 10. If he manages to win POTM – his card would worth around 600k-700k. He’s really good IRL, he had strong month, despite not the greatest City results and even in 2-0 loss against Spurs – he had nice performance. I doubt that he’ll win an award tho.
I think Bruno will win it. Even tho JWP had a nice month, Bruno carried United, was good in every game (apart from Arsenal, but that happens. Sometimes Arsenal win games too).
