FIFA 21 Marquee Matchups Predictions: February 18th
Hey guys, it’s Tillian and it’s Marquee Matchups predictions for the another week of FUT.
Compared to last week, this week is easier to predict. Much easier. Last week we got 24 and that’s mostly my fault, but games were really hard to choose. I missed Wolfsburg vs Monchengladbach, but this won’t happen again.
We’ll see what happens this week, but I expect at least 3 picks right. Too many top games to choose from, so should be easier to get higher score.
Let’s do it:
Arsenal vs Manchester City Liverpool vs Everton
No City game last week, so there should be a game this week! That’s my logic, yeah. Apprentice vs Master. Arteta vs Guardiola, Arsenal vs City. You name how you want, but despite Arsenal’s place in table – it’s still a Marquee enough game. I think it’ll be included and it’ll be a game with 80+ rating as a requirement.
2nd game is even bigger. Liverpool vs Everton is one of the biggest (if not the biggest) derby in England. For sure I don’t need to explain why this game should be included in MMs. We all remember what happened last time both teams played, so it’ll be insane game. City-Arsenal game can be excluded, but this game I doubt that will be excluded.
Most likely requirements:
-1 player per team
-Team overall 80
-Overall Chemistry 80+
-At least 3 rares
-Max players per league: 4
What to invest in: As per usual – buy City players – get rich. But don’t go too hard, as the game can be easily excluded. But still buy few players from both teams and be safe. Same goes to Liverpool players – buy few players and be safe.
Milan vs Inter
Inter got included last week vs Lazio, so I doubt that this game will be included. Even still – it’s Milan derby, Theo Hernandez HL card will have a chance for an upgrade, nearly title deciding game too, as both teams sit at 1st and 2nd in table. Too much on stake, but sadly game won’t be included. Even still – I recommend watching it, should be very exciting.

-3 player per league
-Overall rating of 77+
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Don’t go too hard on this fixture, due to obvious reasons, but still buy few Serie A players, incase they’ll include some other game from Serie A.
PSG vs AS Monaco
We didn’t get another PSG game last week, we got robbed of PSG vs OM, so we’re getting PSG vs Monaco for sure this week. Well, that’s my thoughts at least. Teams are close in a table, both can’t afford to drop points, if they want to continue their title charge and to be fair to say – both teams are really exciting this season. Monaco are in full force this season, Kovac done very good job and Golovin playing some part in their success too, so I’m happy man.
Most likely requirements:
-2 player per league
-Overall rating of 77+
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Any players from Ligue 1 game in general. I don’t think requirements will be specifically hard. But buy few players from both of those teams to be safe.
Borussia Dortmund vs Schalke 04
Last week we didn’t get BVB game, but surely they can’t miss on the biggest derby of Germany between BVB and S04. Despite S04 struggling really hard last few years, BVB are struggling in some way too, so game should be exciting to watch. Can’t predict the result, but can predict that this game will be included in MMs.
Most likely requirements:
-1 player per each club
-Overall rating of 76
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Any players from those teams or Bundesliga. Would buy mostly German players from both teams, to be safe for different requirements.
Red Bull Salzburg vs Rapid
Wild card of the week, as it’s 1st vs 2nd in the table, and somewhat a rivalry lately, so this game can be included. We haven’t seen any Austrian Bundesliga game in MMs yet, so this might be a chance for that to be fixed.
Most likely requirements:
-2-3 players from 1 league
-Overall rating of 68+
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Buy 1-2 players from Austrian League and be safe. Don’t go too hard, I expect, if the game will be included, requirements to be really easy.
There are also few other games to highlight, but I don’t think they’ll be included.
