FIFA 21: Marquee Matchup Predictions 1st of April
Hey guys, it’s Tillian and it’s Marquee Matchups predictions for the another week of FUT.
After International week – we’re back to normality and usual games. This is going to be way easier to choose, comparable to last week. A lot of games, in every league, there are derbies, big games, important battles between 1st and 2nd, etc, etc.
So I’m hoping for good result this week. I hope for at least 34, but won’t be surprised if I’ll hit 1-24.
We’ll see what happens this week.
Let’s do it:
Leicester City vs Manchester City Arsenal vs Liverpool
2 great games in Premier League. For different reasons. Leicester vs Manchester City is a battle between 2 top clubs, who are sitting at 1st and 3rd places in Prem. Leicester game not so long ago was in MMs (like 2 weeks ago: United vs Leicester), so it can be possibly excluded.
That’s where 2nd game comes in: Arsenal vs Liverpool sounds like a Marquee enough game to me. Even tho teams aren’t at the top of their game this season – it still should be a good enough fixture. Feels like both teams playing each other more than 2 times per season recently (especially with Super Cup), but still! It’s a Marquee game in my eyes!
Most likely requirements:
-1 player per team
-Team overall 80+
-Overall Chemistry 80+
-At least 3 rares
-Max players per league: 4
What to invest in: If any of these games will be included – I feel like it’ll be a game for 80 rating or so. Just buy few higher rated fodder from PL and chill. Also 1-2 players from each club will help too!
Sevilla vs Atletico Madrid
Very important game for both teams in La Liga: Sevilla needs a win to stay in top 4 for longer, Atletico Madrid can’t allow themselves to drop points, if they actually want to win La Liga title. They’ve been struggling sometimes recently, so gap between 1st and 23 teams aren’t that big anymore. That’s why, I think, this game is a must to be in MMs.
Most likely requirements:
-3 player per league
-Overall rating of 78+
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Most players from La Liga should work. Doubt that they’ll include some strange requirements – so just buy few 78-80 players from La Liga, maybe from Sevilla or Atletico Madrid and you’ll be safe.
Torino vs Juventus
Torino derby – is a only a reason why I chose this game. I’ll always include big derbies like this, so that’s why Torino vs Juventus game is here. Torino kinda needs points, if they want to be safer earlier in the season, while Juve can’t drop points if they want to be in a race for 1st place. We’ll see what will happen, but this game can be easily excluded.

-2 player per league
-Overall rating of 76+
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Any players from Serie A. Don’t go hard on them, as I think this game can easily be excluded.
RB Leipzig vs Bayern Munich
What to say about this fixture? Probably the most important game of 2nd part of the season for both teams. It’s a must win game for both teams. If Leipzig win – they close distance to Bayern. If Bayern wins – they’ll run away with a title. So match of death for Leipzig title hopes. Can’t wait to watch it too! Should be very intense battle!
Most likely requirements:
-1 player per each club
-Overall rating of 79
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: I think this game will be included. So you’ll be safe with most Leipzig and Bayern players in your club. Stuff like PavardFrench links from Leipzig should work easily. Don’t go too hard on them too, as per usual. It can be easily excluded.
PSG vs Lille
Yes, we’ve had PSG game recently in MMs, but it’s not me who is planning a schedule for Ligue 1 tournament. Simply can’t exclude a game between 1st placed Lille vs 3rd placed PSG. It’s another very important game for both teams. Just don’t miss on it! And Ligue 1 is also good to watch this season!
Most likely requirements:
-2-3 players from 1 league
-Overall rating of 76+
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Any players from those teams and Ligue 1 in general. Maybe some rares or something. Maybe this game will be excluded too. No idea what will happen. Hopefully it’ll be included.
There are also few other games to highlight, but I don’t think they’ll be included.
