FIFA 20: Team Of The Week Predictions 2
We’re back with a Team of the Week 2 prediction, now powered by our friends at Xbox who have just launched their new “Score More With Xbox” campaign!
After an incredible opening Team of the Week for FIFA 20, it looks like the 2nd week might not be quite as tasty as the 1st but it still has some nice players, particularly in defense and midfield.
Unfortunately for us the attackers in general had a bit of an average weekend, it was the midfielders who stood out this week. Obviously with massive 8-0 crushing of Watford, the highlights are mainly from Manchester City. I have 2 players from City in my predictions, but I won’t be surprised if we see only Bernardo in the team EA put out. If EA do decide to go with two players from Man City then I’d hope to see Kevin De Bruyne in there having picked up a goal and two assists.
Thiago Silva played amazingly for PSG vs Lyon, he was given a score of 8 on L’equipe, which was the same as Lecomte which means both should be in.
Coutinho had a stunning performance in Bayern’s 4-0 victory against Koln at home and was rated highly, just in time for OTW Promo! He’ll likely be up for a position change too as he played as a CAM, not LW.
Elsewhere in the attacking positions we’re surely likely to see a West Ham in-form after their huge result against Manchester United, a goal for Yarmolenko could see him make this week’s team.
Trent Alexander-Arnold scored an insane free-kick goal in Liverpool’s win over Chelsea and celebrated with the VOLTA hand sign – it’s surely a must for him to be in.
Brozovic was amazing for Inter in the derby win over Milan, for a big performance in a huge derby it should be a lock.
Overall, I hope attackers will wake up for TOTW 3, especially when it contains midweek fixtures for a lot of teams.
