FIFA 20 Marquee Matchups Predictions: November 21st
Last week went meh, a lot of games weren’t obvious and I think I guessed only Belgium vs Russia, as every other non-european game was excluded. We’re back with League games, so let’s make it a good one, right?
Some interesting games ahead, many derbies, tough choices.
Tier 1: Very likely matches:
Bordeaux vs AS MonacoStade Brestois vs FC Nantes
Looks like the best game in Ligue 1 on the weekend. Both teams found their form and playing well. Separated by 1 point in the table, game will be interesting to watch.
2nd game is just Derby Breton, so it might be included too.
Most likely requirements:
-1 Player per team
-Overall rating of 75
-at least 3 leagues
-Maximum 3 players per league
-at least 2 rare players
-90 chemistry
What to buy : Just buy few French players. Easy. 3 players from France from both teams + some other leagues and you should be settled
Fulham vs QPR
West London derby in Championship. Fulham is 7th with 26 points, QPR 10th with 24 points. Every game matters in championship and we haven’t seen one in a long time. So why not?
Most likely requirements:
-1 player per team
-Team overall 70+
-Overall Chemistry 90+
-At least 3 rares
-Max players per league: 4
What to invest in: Any golds from those teams, I think. If there are any. I remember Fulham having a lot of golds, while QPR’s option is probably only Charlie Austin. Be careful with him, as he’s inflated due to Advanced SBC
Manchester City vs Chelsea West Ham vs Spurs
Premier League. 2 great games, one is the battle on top of the table, 2nd one is a battle between 14th and 16th team (surprisingly to me). One of those games will be included for sure, in my opinion.
Requirements for Premier League are most of the times easy, so I don’t expect any curveballs here

-Just any players from those teams
-Overall rating of 79
-At least 2 rares, plus few leagues
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Just buy few English players from both clubs.
Milan vs Napoli Bologna vs Parma
Milan vs Napoli will be interesting game, just because both teams struggling. Milan with overall playstyle, while Napoli problems lay deeper, with their president.
Bologna vs Parma is Derby dell’Emilia – looks and sounds like a fun game. Both teams sitting in the middle of the table.
Most likely requirements:
-1 player per teams
-Overall rating of 76
-At least 3 rares
-At least 3 teams
-90 chemistry
What to invest in: Any gold players from those teams
Worth investing? I would just buy any players from those teams. Just any Italian players. It’s easiest option
Galatasaray vs Istanbul BB
Big game in Turkey. 2 teams sitting 6th and 5th in the table, surprisingly to many, just because they are usually battling for the top of the table. It’s hot game, so I think it has a chance to be included
Most likely requirements:
-2 players from both teams
-Team overall 70+
-Overall Chemistry 90+
-At least 3 rares
What to invest in: Just buy 2 players from those 2 teams. Just to be safe
And the last few matches, that I don’t think that will be included, but they are worth mentioning, so I’ll group them:
Guangzhou Evergrande vs Shanghai SIPG (1st vs 2nd) or Shanghai Green vs Beijing Guoan (National derby)VfB Stuttgart vs Karlsruher SC (Baden-Schaweben derby) Adelaide Uinted vs Melbourne VictoryVissel Kobe vs Cerezo OsakaCA Osasuna vs Atheltic BilbaoBenevento vs Crotone
They are all rivalries and all can be included, but I don’t think so. Just buy 1 player per those teams to be safe. In my opinion, there are around 5% chances for each of those games to be included.
