EA FC 26: Team of the Week Predictions Week 3
Hello and welcome to the new TOTW Predictions and this one should be pretty good ones.
I’ve included a lot of higher rated players, but there are also a lot of low-rated performers in this prediction.
In Prem there were loads of surprises. Brighton won vs Chelsea (Welbeck should be in), Palace won vs Liverpool (Wharton was MOTM), Brentford won vs Man United (Thiago should be in). Sunderland continues it’s rise to the top of the table with a 1-0 win over Forest. Couldn’t include their GK, so went with CB.
A lot of good defensive performances this week too: Bastoni got an assist, Laimer played unnatural position at LB and played very well, Beraldo and Zabarny got goals for their name in PSG win and one of them should be in. Koch scored 2 goals in 6-4 win (don’t ask me).
A lot of top performances everywhere: Alvarez scored 2 goals for Atletico vs Real Madrid in 5-2 win, Son scored another 2 goals in another LAFC win, Pavlidis brought Jose’s Benfica to victory with 2 goals. Mane was amazing for Al Nassr in important win over Al Ittihad.
In women’s football there were some bangers too: Shrader got 3 goals and 1 assist in a match vs her ex teammates in big game between Lyon and PSG. Putellas got 1 goal and 1 assist (probably won’t be enough, but still let’s try) and Georgia Stanway got 3 goals for Bayern in 4-0 win.
Overall, potentially fantastic TOTW, if all goes to plan.
