EA FC 24 December Premier League POTM Predictions
Hello and welcome to the most fantastic and festive Player of the Month Predictions. It’s December, it means fun in Premier League, so let’s enjoy. A lot of games were played, a lot of players performed at the highest level and a lot of nominees that are worth describing are here.
A lot of teams performed well this month and let’s start with someone like Gross from Brighton. Unsung hero of the month, as he got 1 got and 4 assists and I didn’t even notice it before checking out stats. He got an assist and a goal in 2-1 win over Brentford, got 1 assist in 1-1 draw vs Burnley and got 1 assist in 1-1 draw vs Crystal Palace and 1 assist vs Spurs. Decent, should get nominee, should be a winner tho. Gross would be like 86 rated card, with some decent stats, but unless his pace will get boosted – he won’t be usable, sadly. Still, one of the most underrated players in Prem. His potential POTM would be worth around 25k or so.
Leon Bailey my next choice. Aston Villa had an incredible month, if they didn’t lose vs Manchester United – it’d be even better. But, here we’re talking about overall player performances and Bailey stood out with 3 goals and 2 assists. He got 1 goal in 2-2 draw vs Bournemouth, 1 goal in 1-0 win over Man City, 1 assist in 1-0 win over Arsenal, 1 assist in 2-1 win over Brentford and 1 goal in 3-2 win vs Burnley. Very consistent performances over the month and great to see Villa performing so good in December. I didn’t notice it, but Bailey already playing 3rd season in Prem. Bailey potential POTM would be also 86 rated with some mad pace and decent shooting stats. Actually, can be usable card from the bench, if you need a super sub. Do I think that he’ll win an award? No, not really, but he should be nominated. He’d worth around 50k I think.
Lucas Paqueta performed great. 5 assists in this month, most of them came in 1 game vs Wolves, so his stats are a bit inflated, but still, some performances like vs Manchester United might go under the radar. West Ham are currently 6th in table and Paqueta one of the main reasons for that, along side Kudus. He might be even better nominee with 4 goals in 3 different games. He scored 2 goals in 2-0 win vs Wolves, 1 goal in 2-0 win over Manchester United and 1 goal in 1-1 draw vs Crystal Palace. Kudus potential card would be 87-88 rated, with some great stats, but he needs shooting boost. I think he’ll be similar to his EL card, but a bit better, as his IF has already some close stats to that card. Kudus would be worth around 60–80k, I think it’s fair price. Paqueta would be close to his last year’s Conference League card with some cool stats and he’d be usable too.
Wolves, despite losing few games, had some great performances.Cunha would be my choice, as he was consistent. 3 goals and 2 assists this month. 1 goal in 2-1 loss to Arsenal, 1-1 draw vs Forest, 1 goal and 1 assist in 3-0 win vs Everton and 1 assist in 4-1 win over Brentford. Him and Hwang played at great level and mostly because of them, they are sitting comfortably in the middle of the table. I’d even like Hwang POTM more, but Cunha was just more consistent. His potential card would be somewhat close to his Season Pass card back from Season 1. Maybe a bit worse, but still, close to that. 86 or so rating with a price of 50–60k, I doubt that he’d be much more.
Now, we move to 3 favorites in my eyes. TAA played incredible this month for Liverpool. He got a winning goal in 4-3 win over Fulham, 1 assist in 2-0 win over Sheffield and 1 assist in 1-1 draw vs Arsenal. Apart from basic goals and assists, he had overall some great games. Especially vs Manchester United. It’s hard to praise TAA even more, he already getting praised weekly, but he should’ve scored that chance vs Arsenal. Potential TAA POTM would be 89 rated card with some good all-around stats, but doubt that his pace would be enough to get used a lot. His card would be worth around 80k, I think. Basically, somewhere Fodder and Usability range.
Last 2 players are goal scorers. Dominic Solanke and Heung-Min Son. Solanke scored 6 goals in this month. He scored 3 goals in 3-2 win over Forest, 1 goal in 3-0 win over Fulham, 1 goal in 3-0 win over Manchester United and 1 goal in 2-2 draw vs Aston Villa. Bournemouth had a great month, Solanke had a great month. He already has 86 rated SIF and his potential 88 POTM would have some very good stats and maybe finally he’ll get Playstyle+. How much would he bet worth… Around 80k? Maybe a bit more. It’ll be a great card.
And Son had 4 goals and 4 assists this month. Well, he scored 1 goal and 1 assist (and 1 own goal) vs Manchester City in 3-3 draw, 1 goal and 2 assists in 4-1 win over Newcastle, 1 goal in 2-1 win over Everton, 1 assist in 4-2 loss vs Brighton and 1 goal in 3-1 win over Bournemouth. It’ll be deserved POTM, but we all kinda bored of Son POTMs, no? If not – then it’ll be your time. 90 rated Son with good PS+ would be worth around 600–700k, as his IF around 350k on the market right now.
Well, it’s been a big month, a lot of players performed well and a lot of nominees. We should be getting good and deserved POTM. I think it’ll be between Son, Solanke and TAA. One of them will win it.
